About the Event
WETSUIT USE CHANGE: From this week on, the wakeboard commisioner will only take the good wetsuits to the track. If you use a wetsuit €2,50 rent is charged. You are still allowed to use a bad wetsuit for free, but you'll have to pick it up from the kelder yourself and bring it back yourself.
Why? Officially, the rule is that you can use a wetsuit from HB 3 times, and after you have to buy your own. This is too hard to keep track of, so that rule died out. The wetsuits HB owned were bad, so everyone was free to use them. Then the previous board bought new good wetsuits and because that isn't cheap it was decided to charge rent.
I've noticed that for me, the wakeboard commissioner, it's hard to keep a good overview of who uses what wetsuits and the sheet wasn't very clear in…
