'Look after your friend' training!

At the beginning of January, we will have a ‘Look After Your Friend’ Training. This is a workshop that teaches you about mental well-being and how you can support a friend in a time of need. This course touches on topics like how to help out a friend without it affecting oneself too much and how to understand a friend's diagnosis. This workshop will equip you with the necessary tools to be there for you and you and your friend in difficult times. 

The workshop consists of two evening sessions on the 9th and 10th of January that will both take two hours and start at 19:00. It is crucial to attend both evenings. There is a maximum of 15 people who can attend the workshop, so please sign up for this event. This activity is for free.
