Hey Hardboarders,

Finaly we can run the bar again! Some extra restrictions due to corona apply ofcourse. Such as one person per shift beeing corona coordinator, basicly making sure everyone follows the rules and who can be the vocal point for the canteen. If you can do this during the shift please put so behind your name in the sheet, thanks in advance!

Furthermore the canteen has put up a protocol, this can be found below the sheet. Please read it before the shift!

Please be aware that age restrictions regarding alcohol are put to the test sometimes without anyone knowing, so when in doubt of someone’s age always check before providing alcohol.

Protocol from Canteen:



  • Only customers with a reservation will be admitted.
  • Check the reservation upon entry and show them to the table.
  • Customers cannot choose an other table than their reserved table.


  • Customers can only pay with card.
  • There is some cash available for returns in case of a mistake.


  • There are no fresh sandwiches or food available.
  • Snacks, tosti’s and candy/chips/cookies are available.
  • Wear disposable gloves when preparing food and discard them afterwards.
  • Do not touch your face when you’re wearing gloves.
  • Sauce will be provided by the barteam, not the customer.

Hygiene behind the bar

  • Wash your hands with soap every 30 minutes.
  • Clean the bar (high and low), tap, checkout register and kitchen tops with soap or disinfectant every 60 minutes.
  • Keep 1,5 meters distance from your colleagues and customers.
  • Try to limit crossing paths with your colleagues. (tip: distribute the tasks)

The canteen and the customer

  • Clean the tables and chairs with disinfectant upon departure of the customers.
  • Customer are only allowed to sit in the canteen.
  • Chairs may not be moved.
  • All customers need to keep 1,5 meters distance at all times.

If regulations are not followed

  1. Engage the customer about his behaviour.
  2. If the behaviour does not improve, ask the customer to leave the Sports Canteen.
  3. If the customer fails to comply with the instructions, the corona coordinator of your association will try to solve the situation together with the Servidedesk employee.
